Road Dawgs

Road Dawgs is a series of events where current UGA students visit high schools across Georgia to share their personal stories and experiences as college students. During these visits, they answer questions, provide insights, and inspire high school students to explore the opportunities that come with earning a college degree. The program began as a spring break initiative and has been so successful that it has expanded beyond spring break to include a Home Edition, taking place during winter break.

Road Dawgs: Home Edition

Road Dawgs: Home Edition gives UGA students the chance to return to their former high schools during winter break and share their college experiences with prospective students. Participants coordinate visits with a former teacher or school official, creating a personal and impactful way to inspire the next generation of Bulldogs.

Road Dawgs: Spring Break Edition

Road Dawgs: Spring Break Edition gives current UGA students the opportunity to travel as a group to various high schools across the state of Georgia during UGA’s spring break. The Road Dawgs visit different high schools each year and meet with prospective students to discuss academics, campus life, extracurricular activities and what it’s like to be a student at UGA.
