The application status page serves as a great resource for applicants to:
- Ensure all required materials have been received
- Upload certain documents (not including test scores, school reports or transcripts)
- View important announcements
- Access additional institutional applications such as the Honors College application
- View and update personal information
- Receive admissions decisions and scholarship information

Logging In
Once an application has been submitted, students will be provided with the credentials to access the Application Status Page in their Next Steps for your UGA Application email.
Upon activation, applicants will receive a nine-digit pin that will need to be entered along with their correct date of birth and the email address they used to apply. Applicants will be able to set a password and change their email address, if necessary, once the status page has been activated.
Updates to Your Application
Applicants who have already submitted an application and need to make a change are able to update the following themselves via the Application Status Page:
- Minor edits – minor edits can be submitted by uploading a “Resume” in the Upload Materials section. This includes typos, additions, or corrections to items such as essays, self-reported grades/scores, activities, and awards
- Email, mailing/permanent address
- Resetting a password
Contact us at [email protected] for changes to:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number (do not send via email, a secure link will be provided)
- Term changes – please note this includes changes between Fall and Summer only
- Decision Plan (e.g., Early Action to Regular Decision)
- School Official or High School Counselor
- Schools – First-year students changing high schools or Transfer students who need to include or remove additional schools

In your correspondence, include your application Reference Number that is displayed in the upper-right corner of your application status page and clearly state the issue and how you would like to correct it. Do not email Social Security Numbers, passwords, or credit card information.
