Campus Visit Experience

The University of Georgia holds the health and safety of our guests, students and staff as the highest priority. In response to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have modified our Campus Visit Experience to offer several avenues to explore UGA, both in-person and virtually.

For those wanting to visit our Athens campus, we offer in-person, guided campus tours at a limited capacity. These hour-long walking tours are led by student Tour Leaders and covers North Campus. It will conclude in the heart of campus at Sanford Stadium. Advanced registration is required for these tours. To register, click the button below.

Additionally, we also offer a variety of virtual Campus Visit Experience options that are accessible via Zoom webinars. Our variety of webinars virtual Campus visit Experience options offer the chance to learn more about the admissions process, ask any questions you may have for our staff as well as give you a view into what the University of Georgia has to offer from a student’s perspective.

Virtual CVE
These live sessions will go over the admissions process, answer any questions you may have for our staff and give you a view into what the University of Georgia has to offer. In addition, a member of the UGA Visitor's Center will lead on a virtual tour of the beautiful 700+ acre Athens campus. Sessions are offered every Tuesday and Thursday.

Transfer CVE
We offer Virtual Transfer Information Sessions to provide additional information on the admissions portion of the transfer process. Our Virtual Transfer Information Session lasts one hour and consists of a brief presentation by Admissions and the opportunity for live Q&A.

Self-Guided Tour
While are unable to provide you with in-person tours at the moment, we know you may find yourself in the Athens area and wanting to explore the Athens campus. The UGA Visitors Center has put together an easy-to-use, self-guided tour map available for download to help you navigate campus at your own pace.
